If you contact us via the queries form or order a product, we will require additional personal information from you to ensure that we can fulfill your sale or answer your query. You will be asked to provide: your email address, name, phone number, address. Your personal data will only be used to contact you in relation to your order or query.

All data is stored on secure Wix servers (see their privacy policy here: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.​) When you buy any product, you are directed towards Square payment , as our preferred online payment systems.​ 

 

We treat all data with the utmost care and take appropriate steps in compliance with data protection regulation to ensure it is kept safe. ​All data we collect is done so over encrypted connections. All data is stored by Wix.com and their state of the art technology.​ Bonkers Books takes every precaution to minimise the possibility of a data breach, but in such an event, we will immediately notify the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and take steps to minimise the impact, and to ensure that those affected are kept informed. We retain your information for the minimum period possible for business/accounting or legal reasons. Once it is no longer required, we will ensure that your information is confidentially destroyed.​
